A physically intense workshop exploring the Archetypes of theatre- The Hero, The Villain and The Innocent. Using methods from physical storytelling and Lecoq training, this theatre company helped me explore how to tell a story simply by using body and sound, without speech, and how to commit the entirety of your body to a character.
